Mature Bilingual Personal Trainers with Crossfit Level 1 Certificate
Position Description:
HealthSpan Training is seeking experienced and dedicated bilingual (Spanish & English) personal trainers who are passionate about helping mature adults achieve optimal health and longevity. As a personal trainer at HealthSpan Training, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through customized exercise programs and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Responsabilities:
- Designing and implementing personalized exercise programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of mature adults.
- Conducting fitness assessments and regularly tracking client progress.
- Providing guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form.
- Offering ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to clients.
- Ensuring client safety and preventing injuries during training sessions.
- Educating clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices that contribute to overall health.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive training environment.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English.
- Conducting fitness assessments and regularly tracking client progress.
- Proven experience working as a personal trainer, particularly with mature adults.
- Deep understanding of exercise science and principles of strength and conditioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training programs to meet individual needs and limitations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
